Winter 2014 Project Updates

Hayes Metal Fabrication has been busy with projects for various industries throughout the summer and we are rolling right into a busy winter as well. With large projects for companies such as LB Foster, Ductmate Industries, and New Millennium Building Systems, our highly skilled crew has been busy punching, pressing, and bending to keep releases and finished projects shipping out the door as quickly as possible.

One of the major projects that HMF has in production for our valued partner, LB Foster, is the Pulaski Bridge in New Jersey.  HMF has also been working on various stages of the Williamsett Bridge in Massachusetts. These recent jobs are just two of many that HMF has worked on with LB Foster’s Fabricated Bridge Products division, as both companies have done work on the Brooklyn Bridge in New York, the Fort Pitt Bridge in Pittsburgh, the Walt Whitman Bridge in New Jersey, the Platt Bridge in Philadelphia, and the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge in New York. Outside of some of the bigger bridges in the northeastern United States, HMF has also done work with LB Foster on Interstate 895 in Maryland between Baltimore and Annapolis and has worked on the new Bloomingdale Trail and Park in Chicago.

HMF has consistently been a supplier to Ductmate Industries, a national leader in the HVAC industry, and our work with Ductmate has helped HMF diversify our manufacturing know-how into industries beyond our work with commercial construction and bridge projects.

Recently, HMF has done work with New Millennium Building Systems and made various components for the new Lenfest Lantern building on campus at Columbia University in New York City, and has also done recent work for the new Freedom Tower in the heart of New York City. Our work with New Millennium has proven HMF’s capabilities to deliver on time and produce highly specialized fabricated products, while at the same time meet strict quality standards.

Hayes Metal Fabrication is looking forward to a busy winter season and a 2015 year full of new challenges and opportunities to show off our wide array of capabilities and manufacturing expertise.
